clean eating but I don't like vegetables

Hello. I am working out 3-5 times a week for no longer than an hour. One thing I am noticing as I get older (about to be 51) is that I am struggling trying to lose weight in my midsection. I have been trying for awhile to lose 10-15 pounds but have seen very little progress.I know hormones are part of this struggle but I also feel that I could be eating better. I try to eat healthy but with two girls involved in athletics I don't always eat as healthy as I should.

I realize that I need to eat a cleaner diet but my struggle is that I am not a big vegetable lover. Broccoli raw- yes, carrots raw-yes, sweet peas raw-yes, sweet potatoes and corn yet. Throw in some baby spinach salads and that is the extent of my vegetable eating. I am looking for any suggestions/recipes on how to eat cleaner that may in turn help me lose the weight that I want to lose.

Thank you.
