Rest day but still moving

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well.

Low Impact done yesterday. I decided to have a nice rest day today before going back on track tomorrow and doing another programme next month. Instead of just sitting on the couch, I took a 10 kms walk in the morning while the temperature was still bearable for me (15°C to 20°C). The last 30 minutes were a tad difficult as I was hungry :D So I walked a bit faster to get home and get myself a bowl of cereal/milk/diced apple for my breakfast.
