Good deed for the day and #WorkoutComplete :)

Hello fellow Blenders!

Today, I achieved a weird non scale victory, I guess, and I really felt like sharing it :) I went to donate blood today, and in the past, I could not really work out after that because I would very easily get dizzy when I moved too quickly or too intensely. But today, after I got home from donating, I felt the strong urge to move, so I did this workout as a part of the May challenge:

I did many low impact moves (but also some jumping) and opted for smaller ROM for some of the core exercises. But: I wasn't feeling dizzy, not even while doing burpees! :)

I take that as a sign that my cardiovascular resilience (can you say that in English? :D) has really increased within the last months, and right now I am feeling so strong and healthy, even though I "only" did an easy workout.
