Hello FB family! Hope everyone is having a great week. Wow time feels like its just flying. We can't believe next week we finish our second program already!!

How is quarantine life going for you all? Happy that restrictions have been eased here in Western Australia and feel great to go out and shop for ingredients. Today we made this meal after our grocery haul and it was good to eat red meat again. We dont normally eat a lot of meat anyway but had skipped our meat night for the last 2 weeks.

Anyway wanted to share some tips that have made eating so much easier especially after working out!

1)Buy vegetables that are already cut up or do it in advance and bag them up in the fridge. This meal took under 15 minutes to put together! We just sautéed some onion and stirfired veges in a pan, then added hokkien noddles, garnished with coriander and tada done! 👌🏽

2) Have ingredients ready to go and set aside so when you finish working out its just putting it together. Not much energy needed (yay!)

These tips really help us stay on track with eating healthy especially post workout! Even if we're feeling beat, planning ahead gives us that extra advantage and its fun too!
