The old lady did it!

Just finished the 1,000-calorie workout challenge (low impact version). I did mostly the modified adaptations, but the burpees are a breeze for me now. I am always careful to listen to my body. And drink more water than most people. The little pilates core section at the end was not particularly welcome since I thought for sure we were done after all the strength training. Oh how naive am I!

Thank you Kelli and Daniel for offering low impact replacements for the jumping stuff. It means so much to those of us who want to protect our knees.

Congratulations to everyone even attempting this. And to my adult son who was worried about me -- Thanks sweetie, but I told you so. Haha. 😘
