Stubborn 5 lbs

I’ve been working out every day for over 2 weeks and eating very healthy (low calorie).I gained 2 lbs last week and only lost 1/2 lb this week! I’ve always been a size 6 but I can’t get there after having my 2nd baby 7 months ago. What am I doing wrong? I’ve never had this much struggle losing the pounds. Any suggestions I’ll take them!!
