I'm going to cheat

The time has come. I need to change it up.

After years of working out with fitness blender (I have two PDF workout programs.), I just need the break and will come back fully motivated. 😆

I'm on my last week of Blend and only three more days to go. I scheduled an extra day of rest today, because I didn't feel the workout. Then through out the day I wanted to move and I looked at the workouts, but everything was so uninviting to do, even yoga. Normally I always find something nice, but this time everything was just noooooooo, I don't want to. Even my favourite 10 min workout. So I decided to browse YouTube and I stumbled across Chloe Ting and did a couple of her workout videos and I liked it. Kind of similar but different. So I decided to finish the last three days, take a little break from fitness blender to do something else. I think, I will do Chloe Tings two week shred. It's not too long and I guess I'm going to miss Kelli and Daniel very soon. So no long commitment to anybody else. 😁
