Attempting to drink less alcohol

Hey FB fam,

So I really started drinking a lot more since quarantine. It took the ege off the uncertainty and made me relax. I know this is not a good habit so I am backing off. Also, my alcohol tolerance increased so it took more to get the same effect. I do not want to be dependent nor do I want to sabotage my health. I have stopped purchasing alcohol since I will drink it if it's in the house. I have started drinking valerian root tea at the time I'd usually have my first glass of wine. I will allow myself to have a drink from time to time, but I just want to break the daily habit.

Any tips, recomendations, advice from any of you who have done this? Thanks!
