Tried something new today

First off I wanna say thank you to all the fbf for encouraging me to not feel ashamed about not making it through a workout and that it’s completely ok to have bad workout days. Everyone isn’t going to be on the same fitness level so I shouldn’t compare my progress to someone else’s. One day at time for me 💪🏾

Secondly, I wasn’t ashamed today yay 😀 me I tried the 7 min hiit routine today and maaaaaannnn I feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest lol but I made it through and I have it my best 😊 it was my workout today before I head to work so mission accomplished!
