FB Burn Round 2 Day 8 :)

Hiya, hope your all having a lovely day.

I completed the extra credit 10 min Ab workout this morning but changed the crunches to standing ab moves as I'm not doing crunches post partum at the moment.

Finished the main Lower Body Hiit & Strength later in the morning. Switched it up & used bands for Narrow to Wide squat & leg lift & Squat walk with inner thigh raise, instead of dumbbells.
