my stretching/flexibility quest..

so.. short story when i did the pft to start Fit2 i can do squats with 20lbs in each hand but my sit and reach was -9inches! terrible!

so i made it my mission to work on this and i want to thank everyone who suggested videos... but i think i found the 1 for me and thank you to Lilo for this! no yoga, pilates or any crazy complicated moves. just an old school video with clear explanations:
