UPPER BODY STRENGTH training . This one really burns. I tried the first workout with my 30lbs but I was already shaking so I used 20lbs and lots of pauses. Another great news after 2 weeks I did flux on my calories 2000calories on some day 1800 and 1500 on rest days and that did the trick but I only lost .3kilos on two weeks. But I am seeing great difference on my arms and legs more toned muscles.
