C-Section Momma & Backbends

Hi, guys! So get this - I haven't done a backbend since high school, until today, when it was part of one of FB's yoga videos. I definitely think it released adhesions from my c-sections. I have an inversion table, and that has helped "break stuff up" down there in my lower belly, but WOW, stuff was snap crackle popping ALL OVER down there during that backbend. It felt amazing. Not giving advice, just sharing a very cool experience I had. :-)
