May Challenge Day 5 Complete

Hey Blenders,

I just completed the workout with Kelli on Day 5 of the May Challenge. Wow, I never knew I could sweat so much from pilates and strength. I usually need a little bit of cardio to do that. I was literally dripping. I thought it was going to be light, because it was pilates, and I wanted something more today. It was definitely something more, my feet are jelly. I guess it's because I haven't done a level 4 pilates workout before. I could barely do the lunges at the end I had no balance left. This workout is going straight into my favorites.
