FB Fit2 Day 15 (Check In)

So today I started week 3 of FB Fit Round 2 with this workout:

I am not really a fan of full body strength training but prefer an upper/lower body split, so this week is not going to be my favorite one. 😃 That being said, the workout for today felt like straight out of hell haha. So tough! I was out of breath and sweating like crazy. 😃 But I am so proud of myself for completing it and pushing myself. After all, I am doing this program to challenge myself!

Overall, I love this program so far! It's exactly the perfect mix of cardio and strength training I was looking for and definitely challenging.

I know quite a few other people started FB Fit recently. How are you guys doing?
