Abs 2 - Buddies Edition

Since I'm due to a night shift, I'm taking it easy today. Reach Day15, but I also added Extra Credit from tomorrow's Day8 of Abs2.

Reach offered a nice pilates routine, but it's not for my favorite collection. I needed some extra stretches to release my muscles, so I freestyled some cooldown moves. I don't like feeling stiff during work-nights, or any other time. 😉
