This is my before and after story since really committing to FB over the last 3 months. Well, it really represents how I I feel on the inside now. The first picture is me at around age 5, very active, inquisitive, and a fearless "tomboy."
The second photo is me now, looking my age 58 years after the first photo was taken. See, I'm not that concerned with how I look anymore. It's more important that I FEEL youthful and full of energy. Everyday I notice more pieces of that girl coming back to me. Just wanted to share. Thanks again FitnessBlender.
