Fit2 Week 1 complete!

and i am thoroughly enjoying this program!

these workouts are much more style - i have always liked classes that are rediculous 😂(you know unlike yoga, pilates and stretching haha)

i have been doing them in the order i like, like if the EC is weights and the regular video is hiit i do the weights first because thats what i care about the most and i am getting much more out of it!

so yesterday ironically kelly had posted about being present during your workout and i definitely wasnt so today to punish myself, i mean, make up for it(haha!) i decided to do Daniel's Insane Hiit challenge(as the workout scheduled for today was stretching)- i mean wow that is quite a workout! 💪🏻

followed by Day 1 of the flexibility challenge- (remember -9 on the sit and reach!).... so about 3 seconds in i was bored out of my skull(sorry kelly its me not you!❤️) but i definitely need to work on that! 😳
