How to go about getting back into fitness

Hey FB Family! How are we all today? Eid Mubarak to everybody celebrating!

So, the past month has been wonderful spiritually and mentally, but as the month of Ramadan ends, reality begins to set in and I've seen that I've gained weight.

During previous Ramadans, I was never an avid exerciser so I didn't really care about the weight piling up: but after a month of fasting and then stuffing your face with as much food as you can has definitely taken its toll. Though, personally I feel like it has been absolutely tremendous in getting closer to God, and truly embracing my religion as a key aspect of my identity,

But my main question is, how do I get back into working out regularly, eating clean, and just getting my routine back to normal?
