First 1000 Cal Workout Complete!

For a lot of reasons, I have never done the 1000-calorie workouts. Too long, to daunting, too - dare I say it - scary. I had a light week workout-wise this week and for some unknown, unkowable reason, today I just uploaded the most recent millical workout and said, "I'll do it!" And I did it. The low-impact version, and couldn't lift nearly as heavily as usual during the weight portion, but I did it!

So if anyone got a suggestion for a really nice full-body stretch routine, I'd love to hear it, because I have a feeling that's all I'll be up to tomorrow.
