FB Bodyweight Day 19

Woohoo! Another week down. I sincerely impressed myself this week by completing not one, but TWO 5/5 workouts. I thought for sure I was going to have to quit, but I made it! I did have to do most if not all of the exercises as low impact, but it's a starting point.

Also, not too thrilled about the push ups in today's video. My arms are still sore from yesterday...anyways, 5 more workout completes, and I will have completed my second program!
