Sneaky short LB workout!

Hey all and happy saturday!

So today I was a little low on motivation and energy. I have had a pretty good week workout wise. I knew I would feel better if I did something today.

So with all that in mind I did this

It's a sneaky little workout!I added weight to a few of the moves and decided to join Kelli in working through the break with the static squat. This was before I realised that the squat is repeated for another round, which meant I had to stay there for 60 seconds not 25! This was also before I realised that the final round is jump squats!

There is now WU or CD with this but if you have 20 ish total mins and want to get a little sweat and burn this is well worth a go!
