Day 50 and lost 0 pounds

Ok, so I'm nearing the end of FB Fit and I promised myself I wouldn't check the scale until the end, well I cheated. The whole reason why I didn't want to weigh myself is because I didn't want disappointment. I really wish I never looked. After 50 days, having never missed a workout I have lost 0 pounds.

I didn't think my diet was that bad but obviously I have to do better.

For context I'm 40, 5"2 and currently 126 pounds. I started working out with FB 5 years ago and along with marathon running and strict dieting I went from 150 pounds to 106 pounds over the course of 3 years. The last 2 years I have gained half of my loss back and up until 50 days ago I exercised here and there.

I guess I thought I could just pick up where I left off and bounce back. On the bright side I do really love to exercise and I feel stronger and more toned. Plus I do know I am making my insides healthy even though that may not show on the outside.

I just wanted to share my frustration, but I am not giving up, slow and steady.
