Welcome to Day 20 of our May challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising this month 🙌
So today I deferred my active recovery workout! Exams all morning unfortunately, but such is life! Cleaned the house thoroughly though... so this is a workout in itself!😜
Just FYI, I'm planning to do check-ins about once or twice a week as I figure out how to balance exams coming up, etc., but I haven't figured out when exactly that would be!🤷♀️
When would you prefer I post during the week?👀
