Hi guys, I'm a long time FB'nder! I've been alternating between programs (Fat loss, sweat, strong, etc.) for about 5 years.
One of the things I struggle most with is bulking in the arms when I lift. I typically lift what Kelli does in any upper body workout (same weight and reps). I'm in the second week of the Burn program this week, and noticed all of my tshirts are pulling around the bicep. I have no pain or tenderness, just a "bulk".
How can I tone and not bulk?
