I'm quite worried because I'm never hungry lately and I don't know why. I haven't changed my workout schedule nor my eating habits. It's just that I do not feel hungry anymore and this scares me because I know that I should be eating more than how I have done in the last weeks. I used to be very hungry after a hiit workout, for example, but now I'm not anymore. I really have to force myself to eat. I'm worried because now I'm home ( it's exam time) but in a couple of weeks I'll be back to university life and I fear I will eat even less than I do now ( I spend 4/5 hours travelling by train and bus everyday so I don't really eat regularly).
What do you guys think the problem could be? I haven't been well emotionally in these past two months.. Could my emotional state be a reason for all this ?
