So I hit my target weight this morning!!! (125lbs at 5'4)
I'm really pleased I got there, I feel amazing and I'm happy with where my body is at right now.
However, I've been focusing on weight loss for so long (it's taken me like a year and a half to get here from my highest of 155-ish), I don't really know what to do now - I know how silly that sounds!
How do I change my food intake and workouts for maintenance?
