I love timed intervals for strength training and this one was extra fun because of the left/right/together format. How do you like your strength training: timed or reps??

I am doing some housework this morning and then prep for todays barbecue. It is Ascension day today, so everyone has the day off. We are having my brother in law, his wife (we call that the sister in law as well, even though there is no blood relation) and their 2 kids over and 1 friend.

I am making a salade with baked sweet potatoe, some bacon, fetacheese and tomatoes.
