Abs 2 - Buddies Edition

I am ever so grateful for Day3 beginner-friendly workout because otherwise, I would've skipped it after the horrible shift I had.🙄 I feel my shift in calves, glutes, thighs, lower back, and my uppers are sore from yesterday. Oh, I'll sleep in tomorrow, for sure.😅 But first, chocolate bath. 😉

I added additional stretches, so I'll call it even with Reach for today.
