College Student HELP: Counting Macros? Intermediate Fasting? FB Meal Plan


I don't know if there are any college students on here who do FB Workout programs/meal plans. However, I'm struggling to find the perfect balance between college food (which sucks, since I'm in the dorm rooms) Also, I'm really not sure what food way works. Have any of you counted macros and did this meal plan, or did intermediate fasting and followed with this meal plan. Any advice would mean so much!
