Been squeezing in 10 min workouts before work

So I just started a new job in which I work long hours so it’s hard to get in a workout. Normally after a long night I would sleep in a while before I have to get ready but I’m proud of myself for even being able to squeeze in 10 min workouts at least 3 days a week when I’m not feeling super tired before work. It’s a small amount of time and less frequent but I believe that any amount of exercise is good for you no matter the amount of time or how often you do it. Eventually I will add more time in when I can and increase my days but for now it’s all I can muster up
