Abs 2 - Buddies Edition

Well, today was Day 2 and I have ABS...olutely no strength left in my upper body. 😅 Uppers are my weak point, even weaker than my core.

Also, it seems like I pushed myself pretty hard yesterday 'cause my lower back burns, and I'm not even sure it's in a good way. 🙄

However, I'm doing Reach and I was cunning enough to take a day off yesterday, so today was Day 9 with a perfect Daniel's stretching routine for back pain. 😊
