Day 23 upper body done. Got into a little accident breaking a chair notHing injured So still managed to finish this one with a little run. I adjusted my calories and inreased to 2000 from 1800 I feel more energised and calorie burned increased from 600 to 800 or more calories burned, I’ll weigh in on day 30 and see how increasing the calories do but I still manage a 300 to 400 deficit per day.
