this "no weight" (I actually used some light amts) really did it! Legs were quivering by the end! It is not nteresting that with my joint issues, my "weak side" really depends on the moves for me.... the cooldown move stretch with leg over the other stretches differently for each side if I am flat back, and then the stretches switch when I round my back....crazy body!😜
