How is everyone doing? This here is an invitation to you all to join us (thus far, "us" includes Magda, Lea, Lea's hubby and me) for a 1000 calorie workout on May 28. This time we're doing:
but again, it's open and variable- meaning if you want to switch out the workout for a different one or change the date, you're welcome to do so. But as always, the more the merrier and we'd love to have you join us. So who's game???
