I have seen a lot of posts these last weeks of people who are trying hard, working hard, but feel like they are doing something wrong. You are not! You are trying hard, you are working hard.. Be patient, be kind, trust the process... You will get there.

I started my morning with the resistance band workout. I really enjoyed it and added it to my favourites. I did not sweat a lot, my heartrate only went up a little, but I felt my muscles burn.. This last week I've had a few workouts like that and I needed to remind myself that no sweat does not equal a bad workout. It is effective nonetheless.

I am going to go for a walk with my mum in a bit. She warned me that her endurance is pretty low at the moment, so we were going to walk "senior citizen pace" (her words..). I am going to go there by bike (13.1 km the boring way, 19.1 k the nice way).

Guessing today is leg day :)
