May Challenge - Day 15 - All aboard!

Hello May warriors!

Welcome to Day 15 of our May challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising this month 🙌

I apologize that I've been mixing my numbers up lately! I think I'm back on track!

Anyways, I've decided to do a 3 day water cleans for physical and spiritual reasons, so I will be lighter on the physical activity but still checking in just for well-being and to see how you guys are doing!
