Day #16

Sorry in advance, as this is more of a reflection to myself.

So today is day #16 of my lifestyle change, and I am feeling really good! Even my lungs are happy 😁

I personally started to follow a mainly plant-based lifestyle at the beginning of this month (May 2, 2020).

I do eat lean protein (organic chicken and lean ground beef).

While I did have a few bites of gelato today, as a treat, my sugar cravings disappeared on day #5 of eating real food!

I have also been drinking only water (84 ounces a day).

My food go-to has been homemade cauliflower rice (either as “fried” rice or Mexican rice) 😋

And yes, I have been exercising as well! I have already noticed a difference in flexibility and endurance. I actually did HIIT yesterday, with correct form, and did not stop!

I can’t believe my lungs are only running at 19% 😮

God is great ✝️ 💕

And, the encouragement I have received from the FB community has been overwhelming. Thank you ♥️
