Feeling of Guilt

Hi guys, this is my first time writing a post but I really want to get some thoughts.

I’m currently doing FB sweat program. I had to reschedule today because I didn’t get any rest last night and I feel a lack of energy due to it. I told myself if I got some rest and feel better I would push myself but I don’t feel any better.

I can’t help but feel guilty about it.

Do you all feel guilty with missing workouts? Any tips on shaking it?
