Workout Frequency

Hi Everyone... I have been really enjoying FB and working out every day during our covid 19 quarantine... I am also down 30 lbs...

I just decided to start school again after 20 years and am doing some online classes...

Unfortunately I am now sitting down 8 hours a day 3 days a week doing school work ... and I do not want to interrupt my amazing progress so far...

Would it be too much to do two workouts a day one in the morning and one in the afternoon ? to make up for my new sedentary style... I have never been in really great shape... for the last 20 years my career has been a very active one always on my feet... … and now I am sitting....

So I guess I am asking is twice a day too much? I would like to keep getting healthy and moving forward as I am loving FB for how it makes me feel and the transition I am seeing
