Postpartum C-section workouts

Okay moms I'm 7.5 weeks out from having triplets via C-section. I had to stop working it at 7 weeks but I was very active prior and worked out 6-7 days a week. Any jumping is out for the question due to breast discomfort. My core feels great but sitting up from a laying position is still hard. What videos have you done that were low impact and are gentle on your core?
