Today was my total body HIIT workout and I have some exciting news 😁!!!!!! I would usually do a full low impact hiit because my knees could never handle jumping motions.......and today I did 6 moves with jumping in it!!! I even managed to do jump squats and I was so excited and I have so much adrenaline whilst writing this, as you can tell through the multiple exclamation marks in this post 😅. The HIIT workout was split between 15 mins HIIT, followed by 15 mins total body strength and then 5 burnout exercises. I think my next goal is to aim for 7 HIIT exercises when I feel ready.
