I'm so stiff and with my lower back pain, the best I could do was to touch my knees (yes, you read that right!) when I seated on the floor with my legs straight.
Thanks to Fitness Blender (thanks also to lockdown and quarantine hahaha), I started to workout again since mid-March.
Touching the toes might seem ridiculously easy for most of you. But that's not even doable for me.
I'm currently doing Low Impact paired with some short Yin Yoga sessions here and there.
Guess what? Today is my rest day but Yin Yoga was calling me so I did some poses and I realised that I CAN touch my toes YEAY!!! Very limited duration though (2 seconds) :D But still so happy...
