Set Backs

Hi All,

Since my youth exercise has always played a regular and important part of my life. I have made daily workouts a priority of my lifestyle and they have just become part of my routine. However, I suffer from an autoimmune condition which at times can impact my ability to workout and/or the type of workout I do.

When I am in a state with my condition, I limit my workouts, when I can even get Into it, to yoga and walking.

I am trying to understand how this up and down process of having a solid routine of strength, hit, cardio etc for months can be sideswiped by weeks of light movement like yoga and walking. Does my strength deteriorate, it feels like it does, do I lose muscle, also feels like I do?

On a side note, my diet is fairly clean and is focused on nutrition value.
