Coming back slowly!

It took a while (long 5 years) to be consistent with workouts after I became mother to my adorable kid.

Past 1.5 months I am eating homemade meals with calorie count less than 1400 approx.

Though I am not able to see weight loss on scale (lil disappointed) but still celebrating the ease with which my clothes fit now.

It's a definitely a start of journey 🙌 .
