Strong!

Just finished Strong and absolutely loved it!! Wanted to share with anyone starting this or any program I found it so helpful to take measurements. I was bummed when I saw a weight gain on the scale, but then found that I had still lost inches on my waist and hips but gained half an inch on my glutes! My nutrition was NOT on point this month (lots of comfort food.. and comfort beer..) but luckily Strong kept me somewhat on track!
