Has anyone else experienced an soreness just from training upper and lower body? I rarely do abs videos, but I am often sore from using my core, and lower back at that, to stabilize in other workouts. I love that!
Today, I received some mildly stressful new and I felt my stress response gravitate toward indulgences (not just food) that I’ve successfully avoided the last three days. Rather than go all out binging, I ate a healthy lunch in silence and just allowed the negative emotions to pass over me so I could work through them actively and healthily. BUT, I did put a little extra creamer in my afternoon coffee 🤫😉🍶☕️
