Holy smokes!

I've been doing some workout programs lately, but decided to take a week to try some new videos.

Today was lower body, so I tried this workout and man oh man are my legs tired! It feels like someone strapped sand bags to my legs now that I'm done with this workout 😂

Has anyone else tried this workout? I really enjoyed the alternating intervals of active and static exercises. I think I'll search for more videos like these in the future!
