Holy smokes!

I've been doing some workout programs lately, but decided to take a week to try some new videos.

Today was lower body, so I tried this workout and man oh man are my legs tired! It feels like someone strapped sand bags to my legs now that I'm done with this workout ūüėā

Has anyone else tried this workout? I really enjoyed the alternating intervals of active and static exercises. I think I'll search for more videos like these in the future!
