Hip Pain from Sitting?

Hi all! I am new to the whole sitting all day thing, since I am a teacher, and am used to moving around a lot. I started to work out today, but was feeling some intense pain in my right hip during the warm up. I decided to try again tomorrow, because I don't want to make it worse. My thought is it could be from sitting so much/not sitting properly..? Has anyone experienced this, or have tips on better posture while sitting all day? Thanks!
