FB Sweat complete!

Today, I did the PFT and the final brutal strength training extra credit workout to complete the form week program. This was tough and challenging with a higher difficulty level than I've done before. But, I completed every workout and every extra credit workout successfully! I loved the format and my body really felt the result of the workouts! Now I'm going to do the May 2020 FB Plus two week challenge after a couple rest/active recovery days. Thank you,Daniel and Kelli for another great program!
